- Made a few UI visual improvements
- New sound for placing and removing blocks in the level editor
- Added some new modifer icons

Bugs
- Fixed some buttons not having sound
- Fixed issue where random would cause issues with allow dupe modifiers enabled
- Fixed synced modifiers shops broke when allow dupe modifiers was enabled
- Made modifiers not appear in shop if it already has its max instances in the shop

QOL
- The hat selection menu now shows which hat is selected
- Highlight blocks in level editor are now transparent so its easy to see whats real
- Balance tweaks to immortal
