Update v0.1.9

New Features
- added a new element to the players HUD that will show what modifiers have been picked at the start of a round
- added a kill feed in the top right corner of the screen to show which player killed who
- added a new modifier that will Increase your bullet's gravity
- added a new modifier that will make your bullets go in random directions (low chance)

QOL
- maps are now weighted to give you a more equal distribution of maps
- extended and added some better visuals for the win screen

Bugs
- when the host leaves it now kicks all the other connected players
- fixed scores so that when a player leaves during a game it will display all the correct scores so your visuals aren't broken if a player leaves
